In my opinion, people can work for 8 hours a day in order earn money but can't afford to spend 8 hours in a day to be happy like eating ,drinking and making love. This makes everybody's life in misery. But sometimes working for 8 hours a day will give you money in order to buy food and clothing, pay bills and rent, and most of all let you buy things that you want which make people happy and satisfied.

I think most work requires emotional labor which makes it harder especially for women to handle. Be tough and don't allow an employer or a customer to abuse you. Stand for you rights, and remember the saying "there's no master if there's no slave."

Hmmm . . I don't know about that quote. Do you think the women in Mardi Gras, for example, could easily free themselves just by force of will?
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure, if they can because one thing for sure they are afraid to lose their job. But if there's a will there's always a way.
